SCIENCE UP THE WORLD 15TH INTERNATIONAL STUDENT CONGRESS OF MEDICAL SCIENCES JUNE 3RD - 6TH 2008

Visa

Passport.jpgVisitors from some countries may require a visa for traveling to the Netherlands. To find out whether you need a visa, please visit the website of our Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

A visa application takes lots of time, mostly due to the long waiting time before an appointment at the embassy can be made. After the appointment it may take again several weeks before you actually receive the visa. Therefore it is very important that you start to arrange your visa as soon as possible! We advice you to get in touch with the embassy as soon as you receive the confirmation for participation from us.

Of course, we will try to help you in every way we can. We will provide presenting participants with an official invitation letter for the congress. This will make it easier for you to get a visa. We will send the invitation letter to you by regular mail and by e-mail. Please, bring the letter to the embassy when you have your appointment.

We are sorry, but we are not allowed to send invitation letters to non-presenting participants. Please, bring the confirmation-email to the embassy when you have your appointment.

Besides the letter, we will inform the embassy about the ISCOMS and why you are invited to The Netherlands. This will also help you to obtain your visa.
