Our committee is responsible for the financial administration of the congress. At the beginning of each year we estimate the costs and incomes of the year to come and when all is finished we create an exact financial overview.
The second important task of this committee is fundraising, hence Financial Administration & Sponsoring. Over the past years a successful strategy of fundraising and grant applications has been developed. Our job is to put this strategy to practice and where possible, improve it. A key factor in this succesful strategy is the maintainance of good relations with our sponsors. A big congress like ISCOMS is highly dependent of his sponsors. For example, to make sure that your congress bags are filled with nice gadgets and interesting magazines each year. This year you can even win a subscription to a high ranked scientific journal!
